A cheque for £1,750 was presented by Chesterfield Rotary Club’s past president Alan Clarke to Sean Power, manager of Pathways of Chesterfield.

The funds were raised as part of the club’s share of proceeds from the Ashover Classic Car and Bike Show, which was run in partnership with other Rotary clubs in the area.

Mr Power gave Chesterfield Rotary an update about Pathways which runs a day centre for the homeless at Whittington Moor.
