Buxton road repair scheme

Work to repair a number of roads in Buxton is to take place after being approved by Derbyshire County Council.

The authority has agreed to spend £352,000 which had not been allocated from £4 million of funding announced in December 2012 on a number of specific schemes, including nine in Buxton.

Among the work to be carried out is carriageway resurfacing on Macclesfield Road (£15,000), footway resurfacing on Clough Street (£2,000) and carriageway patching on Dale Side (£15,000).
