Buxton man in court on drug charges

Thirty-year-old Gary Shaw, of Glebe Road, is also charged with possessing cocaine with the intent to supply.

He did not enter pleas when he appeared at High Peak Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

The case has been sent to Derby Crown Court, where he will appear on August 11 for a preliminary hearing.

The charges relate to dates between November 16 and December 17. They follow an undercover operation carried out by police.
