A bumper week of Buxton Well Dressing Festival events culminates on Saturday with Derbyshire’s biggest carnival.
The parade will start at 2pm from outside the train station and follow a route along Station Road, Spring Gardens, The Quadrant, St John’s Road, Burlington Road, West Road, High Street, Market Place and Terrace Road, finishing in the Crescent.
A Parade of Queens will take place afterwards at the Pavilion Gardens, where there will also be promenade entertainment, a duck race and live music throughout the afternoon.
Rounding off the well dressing festival on Sunday will be football competition at the Silverlands, and a church service at St Anne’s Church. The fair continues on the Market Place until Sunday.
