Firm sets sights on £20m turnover

BUSINESS investor Advent Partners has reported success with its investment and advice for Chesterfield manufacturing company TMAT.

Advent’s Partners Andrew Ramsbottom and David Gee have helped turn around the fortunes of TMAT Ltd, on Park Road, after taking the company from a £750,000 loss to an operating profit of £1m in just two years and created a strong management team, shareholder potential and more than 50 jobs.

Mr Ramsbottom, Advent partner and TMAT chairman, said TMAT, which creates acoustic technology, has a a great future.
