The Terminus Bowling Club continued its centenary celebrations by holding a gala day.
More than 150 members, their guests and their children took part.
A variety of fun bowling activities occupied one half of the green whilst conventional bowling was available on the other half. One of the special highlights was a hog roast.
The following week the club held another one day major competition, the Fletcher Cup. This was competed for by members who had not previously won a trophy at the club, often relatively new members.
John McDonnell won the trophy with 52 points. Runner-up was Sheila Brabbing who scored 51 points.
