The family of Cheryl Manley, who died in early December, reached out to bikers in the town in order to give the ‘amazing’ 53-year-old a send-off she would have loved.

The biker community were only too keen to celebrate her life, with riders of all ages escorting Cheryl’s hearse to Brimington Crematorium on Monday.

A dedicated biker, one of the goals on a bucket list Cheryl created included riding a motorbike for the last time.

But the ‘inspiration to many’ declined rapidly and never got the chance to fulfil her wish.

Cheryl leaves behind her mum Sandra, along with children Daniel and Louise.

The family would like to thank Cheryl’s friends for their ‘love and support’ during her end stages, along with Macmillan Cancer Care. Anyone wanting to make a donation in Cheryl’s memory should do so to Macmillan.
