BAKEWELL: Put on your dancing shoes for Oxfam ceilidh

Bakewell

Oxfam

Come and dance away those winter blues at the Oxfam ceilidh on Saturday, February 23. Bring along your friends and family, have a fun evening and support the local Oxfam Group at Bakewell Town Hall.

Now in its 11th year, the Ceilidh attracts a lively crowd of all ages. Don’t worry if you have never been to a Ceilidh before as there is a caller to guide you through the dances and there will be a bar to quench your thirst.

Once again, the wonderful band from Nottingham, Acushla, will be entertaining us with their lively repartee of foot tapping music.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from Bakewell Book Shop or ring (01629) 815469. Also available at the door on the night.

Adults £6. Students and under 16’s £4. Doors open at 7.30pm. and dancing begins at 8pm. All proceeds to Oxfam.
