Jessica, 29, an online fashion entrepreneur and operations director for a PR and marketing agency, failed to make it through to Sunday’s final after last night’s stage.

She was fired after her business plan was torn apart by the interviewers and Lord Sugar.

In firing her, Lord Sugar told her: “Jessica, I think you’ve got great sales ability but it’s a very, very risky idea. Jessica, it is with regret that you’re fired.”

The final will see Alana Spencer and Courtney Wood go head-to-head to become Lord Sugar’s business partner and claim a £250,000 investment.

Speaking ahead of the 12th series of the hit BBC show, Jessica said: “I’ve got loads of energy, a bit too much. I talk a lot, I’m very much a dreamer but in a good sense, I believe you’ve got to have high visions to hit high.”
