Mannerians crowned the most successful season in their 80-year history by clinching double honours.
After winning the league laurels, the Bakewell aces scooped the Derbyshire Shield by convincingly beating Melbourne at Chesterfield.
After Melbourne scored first, Mannerians responded with a try from Henry Bagshawe.
Skipper Ed Hutchinson converted before Mannerians took the lead via a score from George Hutchinson.
The captain kicked a penalty before brother George added his second try of the game as Bakewell took control.
Additional touchdowns came from Bill Moroney and Edward Hutchinson who in total kicked four conversions.
