Golf aces hold on to their crown

Barlow School pupils have been celebrating winning the annual Chesterfield and NE Derbyshire Tapton Park primary school golf festival for the second year.
The six-member team fended off a stiff challenge from second-placed school Christchurch and third-placed Walton / Holymoorside A team to retain their title as the region's best young golfers.

The talented youngsters held on to their crown at Tapton Park's nine-hole pitch and put course.

Coaching for all children in this age group takes place on a Saturday morning at Tapton Park from 10.30am, and a club professional coaches all that attend.
