Annual Somerfair. Held by Somercotes Infant School and Somerlea Park Junior School starting at 3.45pm at Somerlea Park Junior School. Laser quest, bouncy castle, giant slides, trampolines, games, barbecue, stalls, face painting, nail art. All proceeds are for school funds. Brassington Open Gardens. In aid of St James’ Church, to be held at Brassington, Matlock, Derbyshire between 11am and 5pm. 24 Hours at the Avenue Nature Reserve. Free wildlife event for all the family at Mill Lane, Wingerworth.
