Gleeful Scooch go back to the 90s

Chesterfield’s late party bar Back to the Nineties and Boogie Nights is launching a new live music night, with retro acts playing their favourites songs and the tracks that made them big.

First up, on Feb 24, will be Scooch performing songs from hit US series Glee.

The former 2007 UK Eurovision entrants were formed in 1998, and had UK Top 10 hits with More Than I Needed to Know and The Best is Yet to Come.

In 2007 they represented the UK in Eurovision with Flying the Flag (for You). Original members of the band, Russ Spencer and Caroline Barnes, will be on stage at approximately 11.30pm.

Other acts coming to the bar include Hazell Dean, on March 30 and Nathan Moore (Brother Beyond) on May 25.

For more details, call the bar on (01246) 231108.
