What a great day out

SIR — May I say a big thankyou to the Linacre Woodland Trust for a really enjoyable day out the other Sunday at Linacre Woods.
My grandchildren enjoyed taking part in the activities, all of which were free — including the face painting and horse drawn carriage.
We all look forward to going next year.
