SIR — May I, through your letters pages, offer special thanks to all those who called in to see us, The Ashover Light Railway Society, at Cromford Steam Fair and Ashover and Woolley Shows.
Your memories and reminiscences of the railway that ran from Clay Cross to Ashover from 1925-1950, were quite remarkable and most fascinating.
Your offers of support and encouragement regarding our dreams of returning the Rainbow Ends Cafe back to the Butts were very encouraging.
