Two of Chesterfield's out-of-contract players have agreed new deals.

Midfielder Derek Niven has agreed a new two-year deal that will see the 25-year-old staying with the Spireites until June 2011.

Meanwhile, central defender Danny Hall has agreed a new one-year deal until June 2010.
