CHESTERFIELD 1 ROTHERHAM 0

An injury time goal from Alan Goodall gave Chesterfield their first home win of the season in the Coca Cola League Two.

It also ended the unbeaten run of visitors Rotherham.

Chesterfield had their chances throughout the game with Jamie Ward showing well - forcing the Rotherham keeper to make a superb diving save.

The winning goal came well into stoppage time when Goodall looped a header over the keeper's hands from a Rob Page long ball.

CHESTERFIELD: Carson, Downes, Page, Austin, Goodall, Niven, Winter, Kerry, Lowry (Bowery 74), Ward, Currie.

Attendance: 4,951
