Disgust over dirty dogs

I would like to express my disgust and concern about the dog faeces that appear regularly on the pavement on Old Hall Road.

It seems some dog owners think it’s not a problem to let their dogs defecate where they want.

It’s a fairly busy road and school kids and mums with pushchairs and toddlers obviously take that route to school.

I’ve seen people with young children having to walk on the road to avoid the mess on many occassions.

I say to dog owners, who don’t give a damn about where their dogs ‘go’, are you aware that you, allowing your dog to foul the footpaths, can kill, or blind a child if they come in contact with it?
