Chesterfield Mrs M. Hannan : Obituary

Mrs M. Hannan Chesterfield Mrs Margaret (Peggy) Hannan, of Chatsworth Lodge nursing home, formerly of Brimington Common, has died at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 89. Born at Chesterfield and a lifelong resident of the area, she was a factory operative at both Robinsons and Trebor. Mrs Hannan enjoyed dancing in her younger years, trips out, shopping and bingo. The widow of Thomas, she leaves sons Michael and Paul and Paul's partner Karen, grandchildren Sharon, Matthew, Michael and Gemma, nine great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren Joanne and Jessica and four step-great-grandchildren. The service is due to take place at, Brimington Crematorium, on Tuesday, February 21, at 11.10am. Funeral directors: B. Hattersley & Sons Ltd, 211 Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield (tel.01246 232820).
