Police have named a Chesterfield worker who was killed instantly when a skip lorry he was unloading toppled and crushed him.
He is David Vickers (37) from Lodge Farm Close, Walton.

The incident, at Adis Scaffolding, on Markham Lane, Duckmanton, happened at about 11.30am on Tuesday.

Emergency services were called to the scene but could do nothing to save the CP Skips' worker.

A Derbyshire Police spokesman said: "As he was unloading a skip, the lorry went over on to its side and he was crushed.

"We handed the case over to the Health and Safety Executive. There is no criminal investigation."

Firefighters from Staveley a used lifting equipment to raise the skip lorry, which had been carrying soil.

A spokesman for the Health and Safety Executive said they were investigating.
