Visitors will be snap happy when they visit a new exhibition at Chesterfield Museum.

The 'Say Cheese!' exhibition explores the world of amateur photography and has been developed in conjunction with Chesterfield Photographic Society – which celebrates its 70th birthday this year.

The exhibition charts the history of photography, from the popular Box Brownie to today's digital camera.

A selection of 'Then and Now' photos showing how Chesterfield has changed over the years is on display as well as a touch-screen presentation of photographs taken by society members and quizzes for adults and children.

'Say Cheese' runs until December 30.

Chesterfield Museum is open every day except Wednesdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm, with admission free.
