Budding fitness fans are being given a boost with a revolutionary new cyber gym instructor.
Bolsover District Council has introduced the computerised training system at Shirebrook's Kissingate and South Normanton's Frederick Gent leisure centres alongside existing classes.

Visitors to the centre can take advantage of a range of cyber training including Tai Chi, pilates and body combat exercises with a computerised instructor on a large screen.
