This old picture of Mickley Senior Citizens has set locals scratching their heads.

They are keen to know when and where it was taken and what was the occasion — as well as the names of some of those pictured.

Bill Wheatcroft, chairman of Mickey Tenanats and Residents' Association said: "We would like to know what year the picture was taken and what was the get together for — it does seem that there's some kind of Christmas decoration on the wall.

"We would also like to confirm the venue: was it our very own hall or was it at Stretton? Surely someone recognises the mural on the back wall."
The following names are known and Bill would be glad to hear from anyone who can fill the gaps.
